Job Description

Leaman Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to lead our international household with 20+ staff members. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a senior Chief of Staff role or Operations Manager position within a UHNW household.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a high-level team of household staff, including housekeepers, house managers, and chefs.
  • Develop and implement effective budgets and reports, including a comprehensive monthly expenditure report.
  • Project manage household repairs, purchases, and other requirements, negotiating with suppliers and staying up-to-date with current trends.
  • Research and provide business and personal recommendations to the Principals.
  • Manage and oversee the household's art collection, insurance, and inventory of high-value goods.
  • Plan and execute events, liaising with household staff and external service providers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior Chief of Staff role or Operations Manager position within a UHNW household.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work out of hours when required, with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Top-notch communication skills and experience with event planning and management.
