Join a dynamic and growing business as a Sales Development Executive, where you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a member of our Conversations division, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, establishing industry relationships, and representing our company at industry events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners
  • Represent our company at industry events and conferences
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives to drive business growth
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and present them effectively to clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable KPIs
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of business development experience in a B2B role
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a desire to develop relationships at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to manage an account base and recognize new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure effective administration of processes and procedures
  • Strong internal relationships and ability to work closely with Operational colleagues and Customer Support Team
  • Excellent communication skills through all mediums, written, verbal, video, and face-to-face
  • Strong analytical approach and ability to manage processes with attention to detail
  • Automotive/Leasing or related B2B industry experience preferred
