Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer orders to identify demand fluctuations and ensuring effective communication with the stock team and bakery schedulers.
- Proactively notifying customers of order shortages and investigating root causes to report to the customer.
- Developing collaborative relationships with customers to agree on data and support requirements.
- Managing daily promotions and order trackers, and ensuring effective communication with transport and internal functions.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £27,000 per annum (pro rata).

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain administration role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally SAP.
