About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at UBT. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through proactive outreach and engagement with prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Qualify and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to promote our comprehensive range of products and services.
  • Gather and verify customer information to ensure accurate data management.
  • Schedule customer visits and trial dates to facilitate smooth sales processes.
  • Maintain and manage our CRM database to optimize sales performance.
  • Support the sales team by providing timely and accurate information to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Positive, engaging, and confident in telephone communication.
  • Proven experience in business development, telemarketing, or telesales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
  • Experience in using social media for business purposes (desirable).
  • Confident in speaking to a variety of decision-makers.
  • Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and consultative approach on the phone.
  • Clear speaking voice and professional appearance.
  • Capable of making at least 60 outbound calls daily.
  • GCSE Level in English and Mathematics.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
