Role Overview: The facility offers exceptional, individualized care and support for up to 20 adults facing physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Our home proudly holds a 'Good' rating from CQC and is supported by a well-established care team.

Candidate Requirements: We are looking for a seasoned manager who possesses a diploma level 5 qualification or its equivalent. The ideal candidate will have the capability to lead our existing team effectively. The working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break. A thorough understanding of CQC regulations, policies, and procedures is essential. Experience working with adults experiencing mental health challenges and dementia is highly desirable.

Compensation Package:

  • Hourly wage up to £24.26
  • Weekly payment schedule
  • Pension contributions after 12 weeks of employment
