Hotel Receptionist Role

The Gainsborough Bath Spa is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the World Heritage Site, offering a unique culture where guests enjoy a relaxed five-star experience.

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out, including processing payments and handling room assignments.
  • Respond to guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
