We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn in Bath. As the face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and ensure their stay is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.
