The Impact You'll Make

As a Duty Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for every guest's stay. You'll be the go-to person for answers, information, and solutions, making every guest feel welcome and valued.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain strong relationships with all departments to support property operations and goals.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Strive to improve service performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Empower employees to provide exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years' experience in guest services, front desk, or related field.
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years' experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field.
  • A professional demeanor and passion for hospitality.
