Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operation of the leisure facility, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in the management of staff, including training, development, and performance management.
- Monitor and maintain the facility's equipment, amenities, and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Club & Spa Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Significant experience in a similar role within the Health and Fitness Industry, preferably in a 5* environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor/ Level 3 Personal Trainer with Group Exercise qualifications.
- First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder qualifications desirable.
- Health and Safety experience within a leisure facility.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.15 per hour.
