The Impact You'll Make

As a Duty Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for every guest's stay. You'll provide warm welcomes, answer questions, and offer information about hotel services and local attractions. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain strong relationships with all departments to support property operations and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Strive to improve service performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years' experience in guest services, front desk, or related field.
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years' experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field.
  • A professional demeanor and passion for hospitality.
