About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Shop Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage shop routines to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy environment
  • Control key costs, including payroll, shrinkage, and waste
  • Meet standards in customer service, cash handling, health and safety, stock management, merchandising, and presentation
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
