We are seeking a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-regarded SEN school in Manchester. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with SEN professionals to provide tailored, individualised support to help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support to students with a range of SEN needs
  • Assist in creating a safe and positive learning environment
  • Help develop and implement learning strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Work with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to build confidence, manage behaviour, and improve academic performance

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Passionate about inclusive education and working with SEN learners
  • Organised, resilient, and able to work effectively in a team
