Behaviour Support Assistant for SEN Graduates

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Manchester. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who display challenging behavioural traits, ensuring they are engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to pupils with Autism or ADHD, understanding the impact of these conditions on learning.
  • Assist pupils with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
