Audit Manager

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is supporting a top-tier firm of chartered Accountants in Gravesend in their search for an experienced Audit Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality accountancy and audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and corporate clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide expert accountancy advice and support to clients, including taxation and corporate finance.
- Supervise and mentor a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants, promoting professional development and growth.
- Develop and expand the team's skillset through training and development programs.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA or ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience in practice.
- Experience in accounts preparation, auditing SME-sized limited companies, taxation, and corporate finance.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
Benefits:
