TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is supporting a prestigious firm of chartered accountants in their search for an experienced Audit Senior Manager.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, with opportunities for career advancement. This role will primarily focus on delivering accountancy and audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead audits from planning through to completion, collaborating with the team and clients as necessary.
- Host and conduct pre-audit and post-audit meetings with clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide expert accountancy advice and support to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Conduct client meetings for the presentation of final draft accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Lead and manage a small team of qualified and part-qualified accountants, mentoring them to achieve high-quality delivery and service.
- Develop and expand the team's skillset through development plans, training, and support, driving growth and excellence.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Qualified ACA or ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience in practice, with a strong background in accounts preparation, auditing, and taxation.
- Experience in supervising staff, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000, negotiable based on experience and background.
