About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strong client partnerships, proactively exploring new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by building trust and rapport with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proactively explore new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, and executing sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage and support our silent auction service by coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth execution of events.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous account management experience in a sales or business development role.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission with a potential OTE of £40,000 to £50,000 in the first year.
