Marriott International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand identity and market positioning of our prestigious hotel portfolio.

As a Brand Strategist, you will leverage your deep understanding of consumer insights, brand building strategies, and market trends to develop and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with discerning travelers. Your expertise will be instrumental in differentiating our brands within the competitive luxury hospitality landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in brand management
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in brand marketing, luxury brand management, or a related field within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies that drive business growth
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • University degree preferred
  • Experience working with senior executives in a consultative manner
  • A consistent track record of advancing business direction and strategies
  • Experience in European markets is highly desirable
  • High proficiency in English is required. Additional language knowledge or proficiency is beneficial
