Leadenhall Search & Selection is partnering with a leading procurement operations boutique consultancy to identify a highly experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead teams across exciting new projects.

The Role

  • You will work with public and private sector clients on large-scale procurement operations projects, collaborating with clients, managing stakeholders, and leading consultants through these projects.
  • Projects will include cost reduction strategies, operating models, strategic sourcing, and digital transformation initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager, leading procurement operations projects with external clients.
  • Proven experience in sourcing strategy, cost reduction strategy, procurement operations optimization, and supplier and vendor management.
  • A numerical/analytical degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Science, or Finance is preferred. If not, a strong numerical/analytical skillset is required, and the application process may include a numerical test.
  • Prior experience working with government entities or a strong understanding of the public sector is beneficial.
