**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure that service users are at the heart of our care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- Supervise and lead a team of care staff to ensure efficient running of our services.
- Organize and coordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices, policy, and procedures.
- Undertake training and development required for your role.
- Meet and greet clients and build relationships.
- Ensure care plans are managed and reviewed as needed.
- Provide leadership to care staff and supervise care delivery within the service.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- Hold an NVQ level 3 or be willing to work towards it.
- At least 2 years of experience at senior level.
- Knowledge of Access Care planning/People Planner would be advantageous.
