As a Retail Technology Advisor, prior technical knowledge is not a requirement; all new team members participate in a comprehensive 2-3 day orientation, either virtually or at our training academy. We equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to assist, serve, and support our customers effectively, ensuring that you can make a significant impact. From supplier training and product demonstrations to hands-on experience with the latest devices, we will empower you to provide top-tier recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding customers to discover their ideal technology solutions
  • Creating memorable experiences for every customer interaction
  • Promoting additional services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options
  • Contributing to the overall sales success of the store
  • Collaborating across various departments and product categories
  • Assisting with store operations by completing necessary tasks
