Job Summary

Mokee is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback in a constructive and respectful manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in French and English
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
