About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Red Recruitment. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
