About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Salesperson to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with our diverse customer base, providing exceptional levels of customer service, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base, providing exceptional levels of customer service
  • Handle telephone sales, trade counter interactions, and occasional warehouse duties and deliveries
  • Develop strategies to increase business from existing, new, and dormant accounts
  • Liaise with manufacturers to secure the best terms for large projects, overseeing them from quotation to completion and beyond
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Promote and sell our wide range of products, encouraging repeat business
