Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audio Typist and Administrator to join our team at tPS Recruitment in the Financial Services sector. This role is ideal for someone who excels in producing high-quality documentation with speed and accuracy, has strong administrative skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Production: Produce documents quickly and accurately, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and compliant records on our company software, adhering to industry standards.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, enquiries, and requests professionally, providing excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Deliver back-office and reception support when needed, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Client Correspondence: Manage written and verbal communications with clients, maintaining a professional tone.
Additional Duties:
  • Provide reception cover as needed.
  • Offer back-office support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure all client administration follows our firm's procedures, maintaining compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in audio typing and scribing, with a demonstrated typing speed.
  • Confident with IT and Microsoft Office packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on productivity.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce concise and accurate business correspondence.
  • Motivated, professional, and able to engage confidently with third parties.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, with a positive attitude.
Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm with a one-hour break (35 hours per week).
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service) plus Bank Holidays.
