As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of drivers and pickers, ensuring our customers receive their building materials on-time, in full, and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 4 drivers and 2 pickers to achieve exceptional delivery performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure our customers receive their building materials on-time, in full, and safely, meeting their expectations and building trust in our brand.
- Vehicle Compliance: Ensure all in-house vehicles comply with legal and contractual requirements, maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.
- Delivery Routing: Optimize delivery routing to ensure effective and economic delivery operations, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Keyholding and Duty Management: Manage keyholding and duty management responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions.
