Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our delivery operations in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their building materials on-time, in full, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of drivers and pickers to achieve delivery targets.
  • Develop and implement effective delivery routing to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all in-house vehicles comply with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Manage keyholding and duty management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery-related issues.
