Delivery Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to lead our delivery team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their building materials on-time, in full and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of drivers and pickers to achieve delivery targets.
- Develop and implement effective delivery routing to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure all in-house vehicles comply with legal and contractual requirements.
- Manage keyholding and duty management responsibilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a great delivery service to our customers.
