About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Made Tech Limited. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage and motivate a team of delivery managers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, including its goals, objectives, and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of delivery managers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans that meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, HR, and IT.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and business outcomes.
