About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Adult Acute Mental Health team at Brocton House, St Georges Hospital Stafford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assessing care needs and contributing to the development of individualized care plans
  • Providing nursing interventions to support patients in achieving their goals
  • Participating in therapeutic group work programs
  • Acting as named nurse to a group of patients under the direction of the ward manager
  • Contributing to the review of progress towards patient goals, utilizing recommended outcome measures
