About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Needwood House Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents with complex mental and physical health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Supervise and support junior staff members to ensure high standards of care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
