Service Director

We are seeking an experienced Service Director to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational, financial, and quality performance of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a culture where the highest standards of safety, quality, excellent care, and customer service are consistently delivered.
- Ensure the commercial success of the business by identifying and securing new business opportunities and reviewing existing contracts to maintain profitability.
- Manage all risks to the organisation's external and public reputation, leveraging opportunities to enhance reputation.
- Work closely with the Wellbeing Services Network and wider Priory organisation to ensure the success of the business.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring clear target setting and delivery of action plans.
- Ensure effective governance is in place, including regular Business Reviews and other meetings, to ensure the service performs to agreed targets.
- Proactively use management information to identify areas of underperformance and put action plans in place to deliver improvements.
- Review audit or inspection reports and recommendations, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies, company policies, and procedures.
- Take an active part in the budget setting process, supporting department leads to understand and deliver stretching but achievable budgets.
- Ensure recruitment is a high priority, monitoring vacancies, recruitment activity, and performance.
- Develop a clear retention plan, which is monitored and reviewed, to reduce colleague turnover and increase permanent recruitment.
- Provide coaching to the Senior Management Team and heads of departments to improve performance and develop their career pathways.

If you have a proven track record of leadership and decision-making skills, experience in delivering financial targets, and a good understanding of the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) sector, we would love to hear from you.
