Service Director

We are seeking an experienced Service Director to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational, financial, and quality performance of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service are consistently delivered.
- Ensure the commercial success of the business, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and reviewing existing contracts to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve services, working closely with the Wellbeing Services Network and wider Priory organisation.
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day business, ensuring teams and team members are accountable for delivering against quality and commercial performance indicators.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the success of the business, and have accountability for delivering all financial, commercial, quality, and performance targets.
Requirements:
- A proven record of leadership and decision-making skills, at Business Unit director level.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering financial targets and supporting business growth.
- Proven people management and leadership skills, including leading teams through organisational change.
- A good understanding and experience of the Employee Assistance Programme (or a closely related) sector, such as occupational or digital health, medical insurance, and/or call centre service delivery.
- Proven ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.
