About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Service Director, responsible for the operational, financial, and quality performance of our Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) business. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be accountable for delivering financial targets, managing quality and safety, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Manage the delivery of all financial, commercial, quality, and performance targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, and review existing contracts to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement a clinically appropriate counselling service, underpinned by effective clinical governance and risk management.
  • Work closely with our Wellbeing Services Network and wider Priory organisation to drive improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills at Business Unit director level.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering financial targets and supporting business growth.
  • Proven people management and leadership skills, including leading teams through organisational change.
  • A good understanding and experience of the Employee Assistance Programme (or a closely related) sector.
  • Understanding of counselling and therapy models is desirable.
