We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing a culture of excellence in safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all teams and team members are accountable for delivering against quality and commercial performance indicators.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the commercial success of the business, including identifying and securing new business opportunities and reviewing existing contracts to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the Wellbeing Services SLT to ensure effective governance, including regular business reviews and meetings to ensure the service performs to agreed targets.
- Proactively use management information to identify areas of underperformance and develop action plans to deliver improvements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory bodies, company policies, and procedures, and respond to and act upon audit or inspection reports and recommendations.
Requirements:
- A proven record of leadership and decision-making skills, with experience in delivering financial targets and supporting business growth.
- Demonstrable experience in people management and leadership, including leading teams through organizational change.
- A good understanding and experience of the Employee Assistance Programme (or a closely related) sector, such as occupational or digital health, medical insurance, and/or call centre service delivery.
- Proven ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment, with experience of working in a B2B sales environment.
- Understanding of counselling and therapy models, desirable.
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of two stages: a first-stage interview with the Director of Wellbeing Strategy and Services and HR Business Partner, followed by a formal presentation and competency-based questions.
