The Position

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to support the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for our assets.

This role plays a vital part in center campaigns and events, aids in organizing asset activities, manages social media platforms, and prepares reports for sales and market analysis to share with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to formulate the annual marketing strategy and calendar, while monitoring progress and providing updates to stakeholders as necessary. Executing campaigns and events with a focus on in-center activities and conducting post-campaign evaluations, including gathering retailer feedback, analyzing sales data, and tracking foot traffic and event participation. Maintaining up-to-date information across multiple digital channels for all new and existing retailers, marketing campaigns, and events, while managing social media to ensure current content is available at all times. Coordinating retailer-specific initiatives and joint promotions to enhance engagement with key or new retailers, ensuring their involvement in relevant digital and center-based promotions/events. Assisting in communicating critical research and data insights to capitalize on opportunities and aiding in the dissemination of various internal marketing reports. Performing general administrative tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager, including supporting the management team with onboarding new tenants and tracking campaign budgets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

As a Marketing Executive with relevant experience, you will possess a solid understanding of contemporary marketing trends, particularly within the retail sector.

You will be adept at identifying key priorities, developing timelines, and executing initiatives punctually and within budget while fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.

Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite are essential.

This dynamic and fast-paced role is ideal for a marketing generalist who thrives in an evolving environment and seeks to advance their career within a premier property management organization.
