Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

Job Summary:

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Manage a complex sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensure timely and effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience with a focus on Adtech and Martech.
  • Proven track record of success in selling digital marketing, business intelligence, analytics, or data platform solutions into Ecommecr, Retail/CPG verticals.
  • Strong MEDDIC sales background and experience working with complex sales cycles.
