About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Utilize MS Office Suite to perform project reporting and scheduling tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Database Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of tracking databases and Kanban boards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trackers, and metrics are current and relevant, providing valuable insights to project teams.
  • Query Resolution: Support in resolving queries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Business Process Understanding: Develop an understanding of business processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Project Management Support: Provide assistance with various aspects of project management, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant Work Experience: Any internships or previous roles in project support or administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with project management software/tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.
Essential Skills
  • Collaboration: Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Practical Knowledge: Practical knowledge gained through job-related training and hands-on experience, focusing on practical rather than theoretical skills.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in IT and quick to learn new systems/software.
  • MS Office Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Project Team Understanding: Basic understanding of project team structures and processes.
  • Information Gathering: Effective information gathering and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork: Keen to adopt best practices and work effectively in a team.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills.
  • Accuracy and Timeliness: Accurate and timely work within standard procedures, impacting team effectiveness.
Desired Skills
  • Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management (PM) policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • PM Tools and Techniques: Understanding of various PM tools, techniques, and practices.
  • Project Team Experience: Preferably, some experience working within a project team, though not essential.
  • PM Governance: Basic knowledge of PM governance is advantageous but not required.
Requirements for Application
  • Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).
