About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers with their foreign exchange needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, from initial consultation to final transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and attention to detail
  • IT proficient, with basic understanding of computer systems and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Desire to succeed, with drive and vision to make a difference in the role
