Publisher Development Manager

At Connexity, a Taboola company, we're driving e-commerce success for top online retailers. As a pioneer in online advertising and campaign technology, we're constantly innovating and solving problems for retailers. We're seeking a collaborative and driven Publisher Development Manager to drive and manage a portfolio of non-editorial Publisher prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to and acquire new premium non-editorial publishers, managing a sales process through proactive prospect engagement.
  • Find and research potential customers to suit current and future business models within the performance marketing industry.
  • Develop creative marketing and sales ideas to drive business growth.
  • Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal groups to improve product offerings.
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences to evangelize our value proposition to new and existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating, relationship building, and consultative selling.
  • Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, and online publishing industry.
  • Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models, as well as CSS and PLAs.
  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
