The Role: Female Support Worker
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated female support workers to join our team at Bromyard Road. This service provides a safe and nurturing environment for up to six adults with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties who are transitioning back into community living.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals, assisting them with daily living activities such as cooking, housekeeping, medication management, and personal care.
- Encourage social inclusion by supporting participation in community activities, work placements, and leisure pursuits tailored to individual interests.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment that fosters independence, self-esteem, and personal growth.
