About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs to lead a full and active life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users to stay safe and maintain their well-being, taking appropriate action to safeguard their welfare and protect them from abuse wherever possible.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach, respecting the individual's autonomy and dignity.
  • Support service users to participate in chosen social activities and services in their community, manage their finances and medication responsibly, and help with practical tasks around the home.
  • Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeing.
