Newark on Trent, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom BARCLAY SPECIALIST CARE LTD Full time

We are seeking an experienced and nurturing Childrens Night Carer to join our team at Barclay Specialist Care. Our company is clinically led and provides community home-based care to individuals with complex care needs. Our goal is to deliver exceptional care and support, making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a teenage boy with additional needs. The individual will live at home with their family and requires someone with a bubbly and fun personality to aid in their daily life. While experience working with children is an advantage, it is not essential for this role.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsive individual who can provide care and support that is tailored to the individual's needs. The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, be flexible, and possess good timekeeping and communication skills. A clean driving license is also required.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a range of benefits, including a Health & Wellbeing programme, pension contributions, NVQ qualifications, and PPE provided. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our paid 2-day induction training and free online training.

Our days are varied and exciting, sometimes challenging but always rewarding. We are committed to delivering excellent care and support, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is £13.50 per hour, based on the location and requirements of the position. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we would love to hear from you.
