Job Summary

Contollo Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Complex Carer Nights Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to a baby boy with complex medical needs, including bronchomalacia and a tracheotomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing nighttime care to the baby, including administering medication and performing tracheostomy care
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding and bathing
  • Monitoring the baby's condition and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborating with the family to ensure the baby's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with complex medical needs
  • Knowledge of tracheostomy care and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
