We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Marmion. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our operational teams, specifically Production and Engineering teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, managing access and ensuring all health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
- Ensure communication lines are kept open and efficient, including email inboxes and directing inquiries.
- Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning products, PPE, laundry services, and other essentials.
- Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-equipped and ready for use, and supporting any site visits by organizing travel, accommodation, and catering when required.
- Provide additional administrative support across all key areas of the business.
- Previous experience in a similar administration role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- A natural problem solver, who is comfortable working in a team and independently, and can find solutions quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
