HR Officer / Advisor Maternity Cover Contract

Join our client, a leading charity in Surrey, as they seek an experienced HR Officer/Advisor to provide administrative support to their busy HR team. This maternity cover opportunity is a great chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective administration support to the HR Department across the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing a customer-focused HR service.
  • Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the management of HR databases and systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an HR Department and an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and proficiency in the use of MS Office packages.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
