About the Role

The Stock Controller is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stock management practices. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction that Brunello Cucinelli is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and implement effective forecasting and planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing the risk of understocking or overstocking.
  • Purchase Order Management: Enter purchase details, including invoices, vendor information, and pricing, into our internal databases to facilitate smooth order processing.
  • Inventory Tracking and Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and product storage, ensuring that fragile items are handled with care.
  • Inventory Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with internal teams, including the warehouse manager and sales team, to ensure seamless communication and efficient stock management practices.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least three years of experience in stock management, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • A dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
