Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Care Worker to provide support and assistance to clients in their daily lives. This will include tasks such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, and providing companionship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for others and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to clients with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and preparing meals.
  • Administer medication and provide companionship to clients.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team to provide high-quality care to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must have a passion for caring for others.
  • Must have a smartphone.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 6am-2:30pm (AM shift) or 3:30pm-11pm (PM shift).
  • Must be able to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday.
  • Must have a right to work in the UK.
