The Role

We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Service Technician to join our team at UCC Coffee Limited. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support for their coffee equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks, from fault finding to diagnosis, to ensure all equipment is left in good working order.
  2. Work proactively with our central call centre to keep customers informed and ensure first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
  3. Comply with all on-site arrival procedures and adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets, and supporting documentation to validate client satisfaction.
  5. Keep all tools, equipment, and vehicles supplied by the company in good working order and report any faults or breakages to your line manager daily.
  6. Provide agreed spare parts stocks via hand-held unit to ensure parts are invoiced to the customer and deducted from stock.
The Person

We are looking for a confident individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment. You should have robust problem-solving skills, be computer literate, and have a clean driving license. Self-motivation and a flexible approach to work, location, and hours are essential.
