About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at UCC Coffee Limited. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support for their coffee equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and maintenance tasks, from fault finding to diagnosis, to ensure all equipment is left in good working order.
  2. Work proactively with our central call centre to keep customers informed and ensure first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
  3. Comply with on-site arrival procedures and Health and Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Complete all necessary documentation, including job sheets and time sheets, to validate client satisfaction.
  5. Maintain good working order of all tools, equipment, and vehicles supplied by the company.
  6. Provide agreed spare parts stocks to ensure parts are invoiced to the customer and deducted from stock.
About You
  1. A confident individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills with an electrical mechanical background and computer literacy.
  3. A self-motivated individual with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £29,580 (OTE £33k) plus a company vehicle, 25 days holiday, pension, EAP, life assurance, and other company benefits.
