Overview

Role Objective

The primary aim of this position is to enhance customer loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives that align with the objectives of Brambles' Pallet division in Europe. This role involves crafting marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition to maintain and expand relationships with key European Strategic Partnership accounts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing materials to execute targeted and quantifiable campaigns that support the European Retention strategy, collaborating with external agencies as necessary.
  • Implement Account Based Marketing strategies for European Strategic Partnerships and assist in creating executive-level content for high-level customer engagements.
  • Facilitate contract renewals, particularly for EKA and European Strategic Partnerships, including the creation of relevant content.
  • Engage with customers to foster referrals and renewals, working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback from service teams to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring that marketing initiatives are compliant with brand standards and aligned with global strategies.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and commercial teams to leverage customer interactions for content development, while staying informed on industry trends to create original content that highlights the business value proposition.
  • Manage budget administration and supplier coordination.
  • Participate in European or Global retention and customer experience projects as required.
  • Regularly report on progress against established metrics for all activities, both digital and traditional.
  • Maintain an organized workflow tool with precise timelines, dependencies, and execution channels.
  • Ensure all initiatives are fully aligned with the team and business objectives, articulating this alignment to the broader organization.
  • Handle both spontaneous requests from the business and proactively drive planned content related to brand execution and contract negotiations with strategic accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and collaboration, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and relationship management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in planning and executing B2B marketing strategies and programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with cultural awareness.
  • Customer-centric approach with effective stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience in creating marketing content that supports retention efforts across Europe.

Educational Background

A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience Level

3 to 5 years of relevant experience is desirable.

Work Arrangement

This position is fully remote.
